1. Close the application and try opening it again.
2. Reboot Computer - Many times a software update is in Que to install and cause processing lag during application use.
3. Verify the ethernet cable or Wifi is connected
4. File ticket or Call 1507
a. Advise tech if you are using Citrix, Desktop Application, or Web App.
b. Know your IP address or Computer name. If not locked out of computer, IP can be found in the task tray, click on the up arrow, hover over the White Icon with the "V" on it. An example of an IP address 10.7.1.100
c. Let Tech know what steps you have taken.
